What is Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching involves a continuous collaboration between an executive coach and a client, aimed at fostering the growth of organizational leaders. Its core focus lies in helping clients refine their vision, goals, and aspirations. Through a dynamic process of dialogue and inquiry, coaching raises the client's self-awareness and accountability. How long does a coach work with an individual client?

In a standard coaching process, there are usually 6-12 sessions, held weekly or biweekly. The quantity and duration of coaching sessions are adjusted to suit the individual requirements of the client.

Are sessions in person or online?

All sessions are conducted via video conferencing and therefore I'm able to assist clients around the world.
